The memorial consists of three glass panels with words etched on both sides. The glass panels are approximately 75mm from the wall and when lit up, a 3D effect can be seen on the wall behind the area map. The map shows where Australian armed forces served in conflicts of war across Europe to South East Asia.The memorial is located in the building's foyer.
