Description

Wooden Honour Board with glass front - not all names included from new photograph

This beautiful WW1 Honour Board was sitting on the wall at the Redbank School of Arts building. It is so very sad when no one wants Honour Boards in their buildings. It has been there we believe since 1935. Pictures to come when it is up on our wall.

Ipswich RSL Sub Branch worked with our friends at Redbank RSL Sub Branch to have it moved. We will now look after it for ever in Ipswich Soldiers Memorial Hall.
Redbank RSL Sub branch will now also look for a location to support their members and have meetings. Thanks to Ipswich Removals for helping us out as well.
Description
