Description | White marble tablet DINGEE.—A meeting of the patriotic committee was held on Wednesday night. Several designs of a memorial tablet, to be placed in the Mechanics' Hall in memory of the brave local men who gave their lives in service of King and country, were submitted and a suitable one chosen. It was decided that the unveiling ceremony should take place at a united church service at an early date.
