Description

A white marble memorial comprising an arch and columns supported on granite bases, on the top centre is a flagpole. Names are etched in black. A bronze plaque is affixed to the foundation stone of the right supporter. A brass plaque is affixed to the base of the flagpole located to the right of the arch. Behind the arch are seven trees honouring the men from the district that fell during WW1 that have now grown to form a hedge.
