2 brass plaques sit attached to an irregular block of stone which is set into the ground and protected by a metal awning. A flagpole stands adjacent to the awning.

The memorial commemorates those from the district who served in World War 1 and World War 2 and including those who served in the Australian Womens' Land Army.
