Description

A four-faced clock mounted atop a large white-painted obelisk into which four white marble plaques are inset. Veterans' names are inscribed on the plaques and blacked. Above each plaque is a green painted laurel wreath and words to signify whether the plaques refer to World War 1 or World War 2 veterans. The whole monument is mounted on three rectangular steps. A low metal chain attached to little pillars on the top step surrounds the the base of the memorial.
