Impressive obelisk of rough cut granite, displaying Roll of Honour panels for the service personnel from the Canungra District. The memorial is surrounded by a low barrier and supports a light at the apex of the tower, signifying remembrance. The Honour Rolls list 136 individuals from the Great War, including 18 dead; and 170 from WW2, including 20 dead
