Description

A stonework memorial with marble facing and brass panels and a bronze soldier panel on top of it commemorates those who served in World War One.

It was erected at a cost of £350 and unveiled by the Prime Minister, Mr William Morris Hughes, on the 22nd August 1922. Its located on Blackwood Road, Thompson Park in Greenbushes.

Greenbushes is a is historic mining/timber town is situated 250km south of Perth and is located between Balingup and Bridgetown on the south west highway in the state's south-west.
