Within ANZAC Park, Craigieburn.

The Memorial comprises a central polished granite obelisk on a concrete platform surrounded by garden beds. Four small obelisks are at the front of the Memorial representing the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Army, the Royal Australian Air Force and the Merchant Navy of Australia. There are also four commemorative plaques situated in the garden beds:

a. World War 1 & 2 Plaque – residents that enlisted;
b. Dedication Plaque WWII – veterans who attended the Dedication Service on 2 April 2017;
c. Dedication Plaque – commemorating the dedication of the Memorial on 2 April 2017; and
d. Shire of Bulla Commemorative Stone (1985) commemorating those who served in both Wars.

The project to establish the Craigieburn War Memorial commenced in January 2015 as a joint project between Hume Council and the Craigieburn War Memorial and Remembrance Committee Incorporated. Construction commenced in January 2017 and was completed by 31 March 2017. The Memorial was dedicated on 2 April 2017 by Chaplains of the Australian Army.

The Memorial was jointly funded by Hume City Council and the Craigieburn War Memorial and Remembrance Committee Inc. Major donations included both Federal and State Government grants, plus donations from local businesses, community groups and individuals. A major corporate donor was Stockland Property Group.

The first ANZAC Day Service was conducted in 2017 with an estimated attendance of over 2,000 people.
