Description

Located at the entrance to the Frances Recreation Ground. Four concrete posts, the two outer; five segments, the two inner; six segments. On top of each of the two outer posts is a large effigy of a cannon ball, on top of each of the two inner are statues of a Roman/Napoleonic eagle. The gates are wrought iron. A white marble plaque is affixed to the fifth segment of the left main post.
