Varnished carved wooden wall plaque. The top quarter has, in relief carving, crossed Union Jack and Australian flags, flanked on each side by a bugler in World War I uniform. The names are inscribed in gold paint.

The Honour Board was hung in the Jolimont Hall until it was demolished.
