Large maroon painted wooden honour board, with gold, white, red and blue painted detailing. The board lists 76 names of men who served in the First World War from West Subiaco, with a blue star denoting those who were killed and a red cross those who were wounded.
At the very top of the board is a black swan signifying Western Australia, the Australian flag pointing to the right crossed with the Union Jack facing the left.
