Brass Plaque on wooden Base

1. Erected by the Ordnance Staff R.A.N. as tribute to former shipmates. Unveiled 15 May 1947 by Commodore H. A. Showers, C.B.E., R.A.N.
2. Re-erected in the Ordnance Workshop, West Head Gunnery Range, 1st September 1962
3. Currently (2019) hangs in the St. Mark Protestant Chapel at H.M.A.S. Cerberus
