Description

A grey granite rectangular block mounted on two stone steps located in Memorial Park between the original World War 1 memorial and the newer semi-circular brick walls. There are writing and pictures on each of the four faces of the monument and atop is a stainless steel replica of an anchor. The four vertical corners of the block are chamfered and on each edge is written the ships numbers M186 and J316
