In the foyer of the main entrance of North Adelaide Primary School. A large professionally painted mural style honour roll in an alcove in the east wall. The memorial is multi-coloured with the flags of Australia and Britain, the backing is painted dark brown to simulate stained wood; all other details are in gold paint. At the top is a ribband; below the ribband is the school crest with crossed flags, the NA in the crest is interlaced. At the base are the dates for Armistice and Peace Proclamation, in the centre base is an elaborate scroll detailing the unveiling and artist.
