Description

To the left of Collier Park entrance. A white marble memorial, comprising a broken column with a rifle superimposed on an olive branch affixed to its face, surmounted on a capped pedestal and two-tier sur-base and a rough-cut block that in turn is mounted on a granite base and concrete slab. The monument is approximately twelve feet high. Mason's name, G.E. Morgan etched in top right corner of left face of the marble block.
