Located in the Kapunda Museum this Honour Roll Window is from the former Congregational Church, built in 1858, now the Chapel Theatre.

On 24 January 1919 the Kapunda Herald reported

"An interesting ceremony will take place at the Kapunda Congregational Church on Sunday morning [26 January 1919]. The League of Young Worshippers, assisted by some of the members of the church, have erected a beautiful, stained glass window in honour of the soldiers who enlisted from the church. Mrs. Thos. Scott will unveil the window during the morning service."
