Description

A memorial garden comprising a monument, a pavillion, a flagpole and a memorial pathway with a granite plaque. At the entrance is a Federation Arch that was commemorated by the Council and RSL. The monument comprises a granite Cross of Sacrifice surmounted on an octagonal pedestal and two-tier sur-base that in turn is set on a concrete slab. To the right of the cross is a flagpole. To the left of the cross is a pavillion in the form of a rotunda constructed of wood and steel, a white marble vertical slab with bronze plaques are to the right of the pavilion. The pathway is constructed of red pavers with grey paver border, set in the pathway are cream pavers with conflicts and dates in black, at the entrance is a black granite boulder with a polished face, all details are in white.
