Description

St Augustine's Church. A memorial comprising three Honour rolls constructed of cream ceramic tiles within a blue border, the rolls enclose a stained glass window of an effigy of a winged St Michael under a coronet holding an inverted spear and shield. The left and right rolls have a wreath and ribband at the top, the centre roll has a Cross of Sacrifice within a wreath at the top and a ribband; at the base are the coloured insignia of the R.A.N. A.I.F. R.A.A.F.
