Description

A statue of a soldier standing at "Arms Reversed" left hand over right, muzzle of the rifle on the left boot, supported behind the left leg with a tree trunk surmounted on a rough-cut granite capped pedestal and two-tier sur-base and a two-tier concrete base and slab. Large brass plaques surround the centre of the pedestal. At the base of the lower tier of the sur-base face are angled metal pipes to support flagstaffs.
