Brother of James Blacker (1875-1876), Stanley Bruce Blacker, Amelia Ann Blacker, Minnie Blacker, Sydney Blacker, Wiiliam Ross Blacker, Herbert James Blacker and Edith Blacker
At the time of his death he was residing at Kensington Park, SA
Commenced return to Australia on 31 January 1918 aboard HT Karoola disembarking on 29 January 1919 in Adelaide with bombs wounds to the head and back
