Alfred Hurst enlisted in World War 1 at the age of 21. Alfed had no previous military experience prior to World War 1. Alfred lived on Endinburgh Road, Sydney, New South Wales. He was not married, he weighed 144lbs and his height was 5'8.5" Alfred was also a baptist. Alfred's next of kin was his father.
