Son of Frederick William GRIEVE and Alice Maude nee MOREY

His grandfather Thomas Grieve (c1836 Scotland - 21/10/1916 had 14 children by 2 wives. One of his cousins Keith Harvey Grieve (1892 - 19/9/1958) was a doctor in WW1 who won a Military Cross and an uncle, Charles Berry Grieve (1889 Wollongong - 23/9/1974 late of Wentworthville) was a Lieutenant and then a Captain in WW1 and another uncle, William Grieve was a Lieutenant in WW1.
