Betsy Ann was the youngest of three children of Alexander (Alec) Edwin Wilson (b1897 in Perth WA) and his first wife Margaret Martin Hunter (b1895 in Lanarkshire, Scotland). Alec (a Police Constable) and Margaret married in Fremantle WA in 1914 and then lived in Police Quarters as Alec was posted to Meekatharra and then Kalgoorlie WA. Margaret died in childbirth in Kalgoorlie in 1922, and Alec moved back to Fremantle with his three young children. In 1930 Alec was working as a Mattress Maker in Fremantle WA when he married Dorothy (Dot) Alma Whelan (b1912 in New Norcia, WA).
Betsy Ann was a Domestic Worker in Perth WA when she enlisted in the Australian Army Medical Women's Service (Private; Service No:WF90362) and was Discharged in September 1944.
In 1947 Betsy Jane married Norman Ian Page (b1914 in Paradise, South Australia) - Norman served in WWII (Private; Service No:WX11241). The couple settled in Banksiadale in Peel, WA where Norman worked as a Labourer. Betsy Jane died in 1960.
