NEWCOMBE.—5/9/1949, at Canberra Hospital, Reginald Alfred Newcombe, dearly beloved husband of Edith, Dorothy Newcombe and loving father of Reg and Harold. Aged 47 years.

FUNERALS
NEWCOMBE.—The relatives and friends of Mrs. E. D. Newcombe, of 10 Muller Street, Westridge are kindly invited to attend the funeral of her late husband, Reginald Alfred Newcombe to leave St. John's Church, Canberra, at 3 p.m. this day for the Returned Soldiers' portion of the Canberra Cemetery.

NEWCOMBE, Reginald Alfred.—
Servicemen are respectfully requested to attend the funeral of their late esteemed comrade, Reg. Newcombe, ex NX 6406, 2nd Batallion, 2nd A.I.F., to leave St. John's Church of England after a service, commencing at 3 p.m. to-day (Wednesday) for interment in the Returned Soldiers' portion of the Canberra Cemetery. A special bus will leave Giles Street at 2.10 p.m., and Westridge at 2.30 p.m. for St. John's Church, thence to the cemetery. P. M. KERRIDGE, Hon. Secretary.
