Add my storyBiography contributed by Stephen Brooks
Arnold Oscar Kerr was one of four sons of Finlay John and Christina Kerr of Nana Glen, New South Wales, who enlisted during WW1. His older brother, 5856 Pte. Leonard Herbert Kerr was killed in action at Ypres, Belgium during October 1917. The other two brothers returned to Australia.
An eye witness saw Arnold killed in action at Mouquet Farm, hit by a shell, not long after going over the top on 3 September 1916. His remains were lost.
