Leading Aircraftman Neville Francis Brown (Service No:130393) served in the RAAF from 26 January 1943 to 11 January 1946 and was attached to Air Defence HQ Madang at Discharge.

Born in 1914 in Sydney NSW, Frank was the twelfth of thirteen children of Joseph Arthur Brown (b1845 in Reidsdale, NSW) and second wife Selina Augusta Minna Beckinsale (nee Palmer; b1877 in Warialda, NSW). Joseph (a Marine Engineer) and Selina married in 1898 in Sydney, NSW.

Frank was a Farmer at Baerami Creek in Musswelbrook in 1936 when he married Eva Esther Scott (b1916 at Inverell, NSW). Frank and Eva settled in Musswelbrook where Frank worked as a Wheeler/Road Carrier. Frank and Eva later moved to Toukley where Frank was a Timber Worker. Eva died in 1987 and Frank in 2005.
