Next of kin was given as his sister Nurse Clara O;Brien of Merlin Street, North Sydney, NSW.
Commenced return to Australia on 24 Decembert 1918 aboard HT Takada disembarking on 11 February 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney.
