Brother of Herbert Symons who returned to Australia on 4 June 1919 having served with the 6th Field Company Engineers, Lillian Symons, Ernest Symons, Ruby Symons, Daisy Symons, Aurthur Symons, Fredrick Symons and James Symons

Commenced return to Australia on 4 June 1919 aboard HT Mahia disembarking on the 21 July 1919
