Add my storyBiography contributed by Vanessa Campbell
Merle was a very independent lady who always had immaculate hair and was quick to laugh.
She was one of four children but never married herself. She lived by herself right up to the end but, was never far away from her sister (Judith Erskine) and brother-in-law (Darcy Erskine).
She made the most amazing pumpkin scones and was fond of a beer and a cigarette (a habbit she told her great neices and nephews not to take up).
