Born 23rd July 1888 at Pt Lincoln SA to parents Richard Randall Knuckey and Evelyn Faith Hawke. His occupation after the war was with NSW Telecommunications System as a Superintendant of Engineers. Number 20579 Sapper, Army Wireless Section Enlisted 6th June 1917 and returned 22 March 1919. He was awarded the Military Service Medal.
