Edgar was the son of Herbert Henry Humphris and Ada Humphris nee Hanson.
Married Norma Krushka.
Edgar passed away on 6.8.1980. His remains were cremated at Springvale Botanical Cemetery on 8.9.1980 and collected. They were later interred with those of his wife at Templestowe Cemetery and Memorial Gardens on 5.2.2000.
