Charles Richard Wass
Charles Richard Wass, was born on the 30th March 1922, in Dongara. He became a Farmer at Yandanooka.
Charles enlisted for service, aged 24 years, in February 1941, at Carnamah. (Service No. WX28253) He was a member of the 25th Recce Battalion. He embarked for New Guinea, via Cairns, on the 11th November 1944, and returned to Australia on the 7th March 1946. He was discharged on the 24th May 1946.
Charles Richard Wass died on 10th October 1964. He was buried at Moora.
