Albert Frederick Morris, known as Bert (1917-1997) married Eva Elizabeth Nevin (1917-2008) in Melbourne, Victoria in 1935 after eloping from Hobart.
Bert was a confectioner at Cadbury's, Claremont when he enlisted at Hobart in 1942. They returned permanently to reside in Melbourne soon after Bert's discharge on medical grounds in 1943.
