Ambrose was born 13th February 1876 at Appin N.S.W. to parents Edward & Eliza Jane Fahey. He married Eleanor Miles Standen at Brownsville N.S.W. 26th January 1897. Ambrose died 16th February 1947 at Bankstown N.S.W. leaving behind a wife , and seven Children
