Next of kin was given as his brother Mitchell Halkas of Athens, Greece

16 August 1920 - Public Trustee wrote that the Greek Consulate in Melbourne was unable to trace Arthur's brother

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal. In 1922 records shows that his medals had not been issued due to his next of kin having not been located
