Private Albert Sydney Edwards served in the "Middle East" from 29th Dec 1940 thru to 16 May 1942.

Also in New Guinea from 31st Oct 1943 thru to the 20th May 1944.

He was awarded the 1939/45 Star, Africa Star, Pacific Star, Defence Medal, War Medal & Australia Service Medal. (Inc. Returned from Active Service Badge)
