Son of Joseph and Emily Bidencope, Federal Street, North, Tasmania
The unexpected death occurred at Coonamble on Tuesday night, August 12, of Mr. C. V. Bidencope, the prominent Border Leicester breeder, of "Ulawah" pastoral property in that district.
The deceased, who had resided at "Ulawah" for about ten years, was an outstanding district figure, and was an active member of the Coonamble Hospital Board and the P.A. and H. Association. He also took a deep interest in the Coonamble V.D.C., and had made arrangements to go to Dubbo on Sunday last, on the occasion of the inspection of the Volunteer Corps by Brigadier-General James Heane.
He was well-known at Coonabarrabran, where he was a successful exhibitor at the district shows.
The deceased is survived by a wife and family. He was a native of Tasmania.
