Son of Peter Daniel O'Toole and Annabella O'Toole nee Steepe of Nagambie, Victoria
Brother of John O'Toole who was died of wounds on 10 June 1917 while serving with the 37th Battalion and is buried in the St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Block P, Plot 11, Row K, Grave 12A.
