Harry Collins born Heinrich Weiss to Augusta Weiss of Teviotville, Queensland Australia. Father Unknown. He took on the surname of his Step Father Joseph Collins. He attended Engelsburg State School. At the time of his enlistment was working at Bilambil, New South Wales.
