My uncle, Harold Leslie (Huck) Bellairs was 18 when he enlisted in the AIF. A motor mechanic, he was born on 18 March 1923 to Leslie William and Clara Melba Bellairs (nee Jarvis).

Description: 5’9”, brown eyes, brown hair, medium complexion.
He married Lilla Georgina Whiskin in Perth in 1947. Lilla was a 'Signalman' in the Australian Army (WF96244).
Lillia died in 2001 aged 78. Harold died in 2010, aged 87. Both are memorialised at Fremantle Cemetery.
