Son of Charles Henry Bennett and Edith Victoria Amy (nee Willis) of Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford.
On 16 February 1979, a funeral notice for him was published in The Sydney Morning Herald. He was aged 82 years old and a late resident of Carlingford and Greenwich.
