Son of Albert Simcoe RATCLIFFE and Mary Ann nee ASKEW
Walter was originally a coal miner as was his father.
1930-1933 Walter and his family were at "Plevona" Gordon St, Mosman and from about 1937 at 2 Lang St, Mosman.
