Address at the time of enlistment was given as Ayr Line, via Townsville, QLD

Next of kin given as a friend Bridget Mruphy of  Phillip Street, West End, Townsville, QLD.

Return to Australia on 7 June 1918 aboard HT Essex disembarking at Sydney for onward travel to Brisbane.

Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal

Address at the time of enlistment was given as Ayr Line, via Townsville, QLD
