Uncle Bill
When Charles William Smith Tilly was born on 6 May 1921 in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, his father, Cuthbert, was 36 and his mother, May, was 25. He had one son and three daughters with Kathleen Gertrude Sinclair. He died on 28 December 1994 in Western Australia at the age of 73, and was buried there.
