Son of John and Mary Jane McCormack Mackie of 58 Cowane Street, Stirling, Scotland

In his Will John left £5 to a Mrs. D. Friels of 41 Leicester Street, Parkside, SA and the remainder to his mother.

John's mother was refused a pension due to having adequate means of support.
