Grazier Drowned
The body of Mr Edward Patrick Corey, 49, grazier, of Anembo was found under a utility on a flooded cross ing on Saturday morning last.
Mr. Corey was last seen at the crossing on the Jerangle Road, about 12 miles from Captain's Flat. He said he was waiting for the river to go down. There was at that time about three feet of water on the crossing.
His body was found, as stated, next morning at 7.30 under the truck which had apparently capsized and thrown him into the water.
An inquest will be held on Saturday.
