Served for Britain in the RAF as an Acting Pilot Officer, 63 Squadron Bomber Command. Military Base at Benson Oxon.
Lost Without Trace Off Cornwall During A Cross Country Navex From Benson to Bude, Devon and Out Over the Sea, 1st December 1939. Commemorated at Runneymeade Memorial Pt 111
