F.D. Moran, known as Tony Moran (1916-1977), was born in Armidale, NSW, and died at Hobart, Tasmania.
He was born to Queenie Newman and John Gregory Moran, He was the brother of John Gregory Moran (jnr) (1916-1982), known as Dick (whose service is recorded as Dick, NX 30488) and Joan Moran.
Tony Moran married Betty June (nee Nevin) Williams at Hobart, 1st July 1955, and became stepfather to Kerry Lee Williams (1948 - ).
