8 Dec 1916:	Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 748, 38th Infantry Battalion, GSW to right leg and left ankle (fractured) sustained in the line at Houplines. Evacuated to UK. Never rejoined unit.
5 Dec 1917:	Discharged AIF WW1, Private, 748, 38th Infantry Battalion, RTA 4 May 1917 and discharged as MU (wounds).
